eoLogic was founded by Gordon Cruickshank and Alan West.

Jim Foley

CEO, eoLogic Limited

Jim is an industy veteran having held Executive and Senior Management positions in organization such as BT, Cap Gemini, Logica and others. He also co-founded the consulting firm Serrula which helps major European technology companies such as Ericsson, Sun, T-Mobile, IBM and others develop market ready propositions and channels so market. Immediately prior to joining eoLogic Jim made a successful commercial exit from an Executive Development company that he co-founded in 2006. Jim holds a degree in Computer Science, an MBA and is currently involved in Doctoral Research in the areas of Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship. He is a Board member of Enlight, the venture philanthropy fund of the Entrepreneurial Exchange and a Group Non-Executive Director of the Newton Group.

Gordon Cruickshank

Co-founder and Director, eoLogic Limited

Gordon co-founded eoLogic with Alan West to develop the next generation of quality and testing solutions for mission-critical enterprise IT applications. Prior to co-founding eoLogic, Gordon spent over 20 years in technical leadership roles with Objective Software Technology, Wind River Systems and the European Commision's Directorate-General XIII in Luxembourg.

Alan West

Co-founder and CTO, eoLogic Limited

Alan commenced his career in software engineering at British Telecom Research, architecting large-scale network management systems, before successfully co-founding Objective Software Technology, a pioneer in developing tools for sophisticated, object-oriented software development. Alan worked with Gordon Cruickshank at Objective Software Technology and through the subsequent acquisition by Wind River Systems, returning a successful investment for the Objective Software Technology investors.

George Graham

Sales Manager , eoLogic Limited

George began his career in Software Engineering prior to transitioning into a commercial role and joined eoLogic from a major Scottish global technology supplier where he held the role of Strategic Business Development Manager. George has over 20 years of in-depth experience within the Software, Electronics and IT industries and has held a number of high-profile roles within the areas of Technology Management, Sales Management and Business Development.

John Wilmot

Chairman, eoLogic Limited

John worked in Japan in the 1980's and subsequently ran a Japanese manufacturing plant in the UK, bringing it to Japanese levels of efficiency. At Coopers and Lybrand he was responsible for major performance improvements in a succession of medium and large scale businesses. He took over as CEO after a management buy-in of a Scottish engineering company and led it to market leadership and a successful exit. John was a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the year contest in 2002.

John Waddell

Director, eoLogic Limited

John is Chief Executive of Archangel Informal Investment and is responsible for reviewing all new investment proposals. He is a lawyer with wide experience in industry and corporate finance in the UK and abroad.
